As a natural extension of our corporate offerings, we handhold clients through the legalities of private equity transactions. Ediplis has amassed varied experience based on spearheading private equity and start up investment transactions that range from small angel rounds to large investment rounds like Series C and D. Our extensive clientele has also afforded us the opportunity to represent both startup companies and investors in different transactions and hence we bring in a rich perspective to these transactions. We have also successfully handled many private equity transactions which are cross border in nature and involve extensive RBI compliances.
