Namratha Krishnan, an associate partner, has been working with Ediplis Counsels for more than 7 years, and leading a large team in the Commercial Transactions and Strategic Alliances division at Bangalore. 

Her key areas of practice include general corporate and commercial transactions, private equity, commercial IP and data protection and has honed her knowledge in to a sharp skillset working with various national and international clients. 

She has assisted and advised clients of leading technology companies on licensing agreements, outsourcing contracts, work for hire agreements and other service arrangements. She advises clients on privacy rights, data protection, obligations and compliances under Information Technology Act, GDPR, CCPA. She also plays an active role in all IP due diligence & IP licensing deals undertaken at Ediplis which she says has helped her skills to another notch.

Having graduated with a BBA LLB (hons) degree from School of Law, Christ University she has extensive experience in formulating legal strategies and developing aligned business solutions. She has been instrumental in expanding the IP consulting and transactional practices of the firm. She has adept knowledge on IP subjects and has to her credit years of practical experience in developing efficient legal strategies for her clients.
